Prerequisites
The credentials from the practice management stage

Now enter the PMS settings you gathered earlier. On the client's page in Orion, select Create CRM Settings and fill in the form for their system.

On-premises systems skip this

If the clinic runs AVImark, Cornerstone or Impromed, there is nothing to enter here. Those are configured on the clinic's own server during the on-premises installation.

ezyVet

Copy the client ID and client secret from the credentials file you downloaded from ezyVet.

Shepherd

Enter the clinic ID.

Enter the API token.

Rhapsody

Enter the clinic ID.

Digitail

Find the credentials section on the client screen.

Then paste in the username and password.

Enter the API credentials VETport support gave you.

DaySmart

Choose DaySmart in the CRM dropdown. The portal base URL is https://vettersoftware.com, with nothing after it.
