Prerequisites
A configured CallerID box on the clinic's network, the client's internal identifier

If the customer uses a CallerID Vertex box, run the installer on their server machine and select Service only.

When it finishes, open File Explorer and go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Fetchit\Fetchit Service

Launch fetchitServiceConfigurator.

The Fetchit service configurator for a CallerID box installation
Service configuration
Server: broker.fetchitdata.cloud
Username: test
Password: test
Client ID: the client's internal identifier in Orion
Sync Interval: 60
Location: main
CRM: the clinic's PMS (None for a cloud PMS)
Phone System: CallerID Box
    IP: 0.0.0.0
    Port: 3520

Click Save, then start the Fetchit Service from the Services application. Fetchit now listens to the incoming call traffic the CallerID box publishes on UDP port 3520.

The workstations still need the desktop application. Follow on-premises or cloud PMS, depending on what the clinic runs.
