Upgrading from legacy FetchitLegacy

Replace the pre-acquisition Fetchit, version 2.718 and below, with the current version.

Uninstall the old application first, then install the current one as a normal on-premises install.

If you are installing for a customer on the legacy version, 2.718 or below, uninstall the legacy application first. Then follow the on-premises installation, which is the same procedure as any AVImark, Cornerstone or Impromed install.

Leftovers cause trouble

Remnants of a legacy installation, especially its registry configuration, can conflict with the current version and stop bubbles appearing. See why bubbles may not appear.
