The extension is what lets the desktop application open patient records in a browser-based PMS. Install it on every workstation that has the client.

1. Open the Fetchit extension in the Chrome Web Store.

2. Click Add to Chrome.
3. Pin the extension from the Chrome extensions menu.

4. Right click the pinned Fetchit icon and choose Options.

5. On the options page, select the clinic's PMS from the dropdown.

For ezyVet

Paste in the customer's ezyVet portal URL, trimming any trailing characters so it ends in .com.

Select Last Tab from the second dropdown, so patient records are pulled up in the most recent Chrome tab. New Tab opens every record in a tab of its own.

Click Save. The extension turns blue. If it does not, right click it and choose Reconnect.

That completes the workstation setup for a cloud PMS.
