If the customer uses Ring Central as their phone provider:
- Go to developers.ringcentral.com/login and sign in with the customer's Ring Central phone number. If the login fails, create an account using that number as the username.
- Open Credentials from the user dropdown at the top right.
- Create a JWT token labelled Fetchit.
- Authorise the token for one specific app's client ID only. The Fetchit client ID is
0XQgGndSG2re0cLCLrdl5K. - Create the token and save it securely. You enter it in Orion when you create the phone worker.
Record the credentials
Every credential generated here goes into the client's ITGlue entry, including the login you created for the developer portal. The Fetchit app's client secret is in ITGlue too; it is not repeated in these pages.

The same flow is drawn out on this Excalidraw board.
