Prerequisites
An ezyVet administrator account for the clinic

Goal: download the ezyVet API integration credentials.

On a clinic machine, open their ezyVet portal in a browser using an administrator's account. The address is usually something like <site>.ezyvet.us-east-2.com.

Check for an existing integration first

Longstanding ezyVet customers may already have this configured, and duplicating it causes trouble. On the left sidebar, scan the list of integrations, using the search box. If API Partner (Fetchit) is there, open it and download the credentials; you are done. Only carry on if it is not.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Integration from the dropdown.
  2. Enter API Partner in the integration text field.
  3. Under Partner, choose Fetchit, and name the application Fetchit.

  1. Click Save.
Save before going on

If you miss the save, the settings are lost and you have to start this over.

  1. A Scopes section appears on the next screen. Click Select All, then Save, and wait a few seconds for the records to update.
  2. Click Download Credentials. The file holds the client ID and client secret you enter in Orion's PMS settings. Keep it to hand until then.
