Impromed

Have Impromed support create a read-only user on the clinic's SQL database so the Fetchit service can sync from it.

Prerequisites
A call booked with Impromed support, for a first-time install

Impromed is on-premises, so Fetchit reads it through the clinic's own SQL database rather than an API.

For a new install, call Impromed support beforehand and ask them to create a read-only user on the Impromed SQL database, so that Fetchit can read and sync with it.

Record the credentials

Put the username and password Impromed support give you into the client's ITGlue entry.

If the clinic is an existing Fetchit customer, this has almost certainly been done already. Take the Impromed database username and password from ITGlue when you reach the desktop installation, where you also collect the database and server names.
