A conversation with the clinic about credentials

Fetchit signs in to Digitail as a user, so you need login details for the clinic's Digitail account: an email address and a password.

If the clinic is not comfortable handing over a staff member's login, ask them to create a new user for Fetchit instead, for example info@fetchitdata.cloud, with a password they set.
