Copy the clinic ID from Shepherd's clinic settings and switch the Fetchit data connection on.

Prerequisites
A Shepherd administrator account for the clinic

Retrieve the clinic ID

  1. Sign in to app.shepherd.vet with an administrator's credentials.
  2. On the left sidebar, open Clinic Settings under Admin.
  3. Copy the Clinic ID. It goes into Orion's PMS settings.

Enable the Fetchit integration

  1. Still signed in as an administrator, open Integrations under Admin.
  2. Go to the Data Connections tab.
  3. Enable the Fetchit app.
