The service providers that handle personal information on our behalf to run Fetchit®, and what each one does.

A central hub connected to the services around it

To run Fetchit®, Schultz Technology uses a small number of service providers ("subprocessors") that store or process personal information on our behalf. Each one may use it only to provide its service to us, under a written agreement. This page lists them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Systems our customers connect

A business using Fetchit connects its own phone system and its own business management or practice management software. Information passes between Fetchit and those systems so that Fetchit can recognize callers and show popups. Those providers are chosen by the business, work under the business's own agreements with them, and are not our subprocessors. They include phone systems such as RingCentral, SkySwitch and CoreDial, and business software such as ezyVet, Digitail, Vetspire, Rhapsody, Shepherd and others.

Services that do not handle your personal information

We also use services that do not receive customer personal information, such as GitHub for publishing application downloads, Microsoft Azure for signing the desktop application, and Better Stack for monitoring whether Fetchit is up.

Changes to this list

When we add or replace a subprocessor, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Customers who want to be told about changes before they take effect can ask us at legal@fetchitdata.cloud.
