To open Settings, choose Settings from the Fetchit menu in the system tray (on a Mac, the menu bar). Settings apply to the computer you change them on, except where noted.

Popups

Browser Settings

These matter only if your business software runs in a web browser.

CRM Integration

This tab shows the business software your organization uses and how Fetchit is connected to it, including how often your client list is refreshed. These settings belong to your organization and apply to every computer, so you can view them here but only an organization admin can change them. Admins see a Manage this integration button.

Your account

Click your picture at the top of the Settings window to see your name, email address, organization and role, and to:

• Manage organization, to open your organization's page on the Fetchit website.
• Manage account, to change your profile, password and security settings. See Your account and security.
• Sign out, to disconnect this computer. It stops getting popups until someone signs it in again.
